● Orange Beach has had some amazing weather, bringing people from all over. Over 40 properties under contract this week!

● New Listings: 10 new listings for single family homes with a list price low of a $259,000 to a high of $1,895,000, 31 new listings for condos with a low of a $199,000 to a high of $1,895,000, and 4 new lots with a low of a $315,000 to a high of $8,500,000.

● Closed: 5 single family homes with a sale price low of a $319,000 to a high of $875,000 and 17 condos with a sale price low of a $265,000 to a high of $915,000.

● Under Contract: 9 single family homes with a list price low of a $95,000 to a high of $3,900,000, 24 condos with a low of a $1,300,000 to a high of $207,900.

● Price Change: 5 single family homes had a price adjustment and now range in asking price from $392,418 to a high of $689,000, and 21 condos with a low of a $189,000 to a high of $1,300,000. We also have 1 lot with a price adjustment, up to $690,000.
