● Closed: 8 single family homes with a sale price low of a $176,000 to a high of $936,000, and 17 condos with a sale price low of a $138,500 to a high of $899,000.

● Under Contract: 21 single family homes with a list price low of a $114,000 to a high of $875,000, 18 condos with a low of a $169,900 to a high of $875,000, and 1 new lot with an asking price of $175,000.
