● It’s been a busy week in Foley, and with business, comes buyers! Putting 40 properties under contract just this week!
● New Listings: 19 new listings for single family homes with a list price low of a $150,000 to a high of $369,900. 3 new listings for condos with a low of a $159,000 to a high of $299,000.
● Closed: 17 single family homes with a sale price low of a $85,000 to a high of $300,000. No condos or land this week.
● Under Contract: 20 single family homes with a list price low of a $145,000 to a high of $339,850. No condos or land this week.
● Price Change: 11 single family homes had a price adjustment and now range in asking price from $160,000 to a high of $525,000, and 1 condo with a price of $155,900. We have 4 parcels of land, with a low of $27,000 and a high of $360,000.
