● It’s been a busy week in Orange Beach, and with business, comes buyers! Putting 40 properties under contract just this week!
● New Listings: 20 new listings for single family homes with a list price low of a $214,900 to a high of $848,000. 16 new listings for condos with a low of a $237,000 to a high of $1,150,000, and 1 new lot with a price of $295,000.
● Closed: 4 single family homes with a sale price low of a $370,000 to a high of $645,000, and 17 condos with a sale price low of a $209,900 to a high of $799,000.
● Under Contract: 9 single family homes with a list price low of a $208,000 to a high of $1,199,000. 12 condos with a low of a $189,900 to a high of $1,925,000, and 1 new lot with an asking price of $390,000.
● Price Change: 8 single family homes had a price adjustment and now range in asking price from $272,500 to a high of $1,550,000, and 22 condos with a low of a $255,000 to a high of $745,000.
